Stagnant Water can be really dangerous to skin and also if you drink it. Howcome the sea doesnt go stagnet seeming that its been around since time began?

Because its constantly moving.
Stagnant water has been left standing.

Recent findings do not agree with you that the sea doesn't get stagnant.
There are now enormous tracts of the ocean that have become de-oxygenated prompting the death of plankton, which then decay to further exacerbate the situation. This makes the area unable to sustain marine life.
It is , of course, blamed on the altered current patterns caused by-you guessed it - global warming!

Because it is constantly being oxygenated by movement and wave action. It is the lack of movement and oxygen that makes water stagnant.

well you have oxygenating plants in it and the current keeps it moving along with the fish that swim in it. but i there is a sea that is i maybe wrong about the name but i believe it is the black sea
