I was given these as an answer to a question and can't figure out what they mean, can you please help me out..my Spanish is very limited.

Welsh does not have words rude enough for this. This seems to be a cross between Spanish and Portuguese.

The previous response seems quite accurate; it's not proper Spanish. It's a mix of Spanish and probably Portuguese.
I reckon the phrases mean:
1) Why don't you f**k off
2) I send you greetings and kisses
Por qué in Spanish is "why"; (porque is "because")
te vas = you go away (the "no" in front makes it "don't")
a la chingada = can't find a translation for this, but the verb chingar has a rude meaning of "to f**k"
So it means, "why don't you go away to the "chingada"?"
In the second one, I assume "beixios" is kisses as it's very similar to the Spanish word - besos.
It could be Portuguese, or even Catalan because of the use of the letter x.

I'm afraid to tell you that "chinga" translates as a four letter swear word that starts with F.
Because I don't give a f*** if you go away would be the translation of number 1. In English it would be "go f*** yourself" - nice!
I would imagine beixios is either another swear word or slang as I'm not aware of it. It may be an incorrect spelling. The literal translation of the rest of number 2 is
Controlled greetings and ... to you.
My best guess is it is slang for thanks.

Its Spanish. I translated it with Babelfish and:

"Beixios" and "chinga' arent translated though.
