theres this guy who works near me and id run into him occasionally,he knows the people where i work, on valentines he brings me roses while im working but he didnt ask me out or anything cos everyone was just looking at us. i havent seen him since and im working much less now! what should i do?

Let him make the first move. If he's really interested, he will do everything possible to get near to you. He's gesture of bringing roses can be a sign of gratitude unless he makes some other gestures which you yourself can confirm. Good Luck

Next time you are at work make it a point to see him and thank him for the flowers. Then ask him out to lunch one day. Lunch is a sfe first date. It's not too long, it's more casual so you may be able to communicate better. Good luck!
