My dogs keep barking in the back yard when i let them out for them to do there business they bark once or twice and there only sausage dogs and there bark isnt very loud. He's complained to the council and they have sent me a letter.

BAsicly im just trying to find out what is the allowed time to let the dogs out, and whats the number of decimals when it becomes sound pollution.?

Go on your towns website and check the city ordinances most town around here you must be quiet between 11pm and 7 am technically.

Five minutes of continous barking.
If you know this sound annoys the neighbors around you, then why leave the dog out?
And as far as the dog barking, he or she is telling you something.
Pehaps there is someone around the house or a cat or something.

I think it depends on where you live. Each city has its own ordinance.
Check with your city officials!

BTW, it's decibel not decimal!
