i always tell her i love her on messages... i want to tell it to her personally but... when exactly should i do it?

it's normal that u act with her alone not like with other... but not to deny her.. hold hands it's OK with other..
u both feel shy that's why u feelings that... it's normal..
u must to get over the shy, and u must to be brave to hold her hands or kiss her near your friends and be proud of her... don't hide her or be shy because of her.. she must to give u to be strong more...
