...What? Do you want people to write to you about their religion or are they requesting information from you? Because, well, I'd really hope someone knows enough about their God to not need the help of someone that can provide only a "little information".

I'm Nondenominational Pagan.

I believe Divinity is Perfect (as most religions do) and that humanity is Imperfect (as more religions do), and that Divinity was smart enough to know when It brought us about that we would not be able to agree upon what It is.

To counteract this shortcoming of It's most amusing creations, Divinity made sure that all beliefs contained enough truth to support Salvation. All religion boils down to forming a personal relationship with Divinity. (The buddhists say there is no god, but they do strive to attain Nirvana... which is pretty personal....). Divinity is merely that which has put order to the universe, if God is perfect, why can't He be Astrophysics?

I can continue this until it's time for me to go to work, but I think that's a pretty good basic overview.

Well I am an Ásatrúar. Asatru is polytheistic. That is, we believe in a number of deities, including Goddesses as well as Gods. That we do not accept the idea of "original sin", the notion that we are tainted from birth and intrinsically bad, as does Christianity. Thus, we do not need "saving". I like Asatru because it is not a One Way kind of religion. I see no reason to try and get people to believe as I do. Different people have different ways at looking at the world and that's how it should be.

Taoism for me. Tao can be thought of a 'Way' or 'Path'. Taoists generally believe that the universe has an integrated wholeness that can be called Tao.

Followers attempt to live in such a way as to follow this intrinsic way, which is thought to flow through the universe. Because of this the universe is in constant change. Fortunately, all living things have an innate awareness of this flow, to which we are all connected, if we but open ourselves up to it.

The Tao is thought to be beyond description. It can be experienced but not explained. Consequently much Taoist literature talks in metaphor. The Tao itself is often compared to water. There is great emphasis on simplicity, harmony with nature and followers being true to their 'inner nature'.

The Tao is not God, although it is the origin of everything. Taoism can be thought of as a religion or as a philosophy. It is therefore perhaps not surprising that there is a degree of overlap between Chinese Zen Buddhism and Taoism.

Wicca

Wicca is an Earth bases religion, instead of being Abrahamic (Hebrew, Islamic, Christian) in that we don't believe in the bible. We believe that we are all a part of the Divine and that everyone and everything is also a part of the Divine. We believe we are all connected and whatever you do to someone or something else affects yourself and everyone. We are a part of Nature not separate from it.

We believe that the Divine is both masculine and feminine and when we refer to that we call them the God and the Goddess, the Lord and the Lady, or other terms.

We believe that life doesn't end, we believe in reincarnation.

We do not bend our knee to the Divine but instead we work with the Divine to make this a better world and to try to heal it.

We have but one law, which we call the Wiccan Rede, which states, "An in it harm none, do as thou will" which does give us freedom to life our lives as we choose but tells us not to harm others which is essentially the basis of most of life. This freedom means that there is no leader of our faith and that there is no right or wrong way to honor the Divine as long as what you do seems right for you and for the good of all.

We believe in magick (spelled with a 'k' to differentiate between stage magic) which is actually akin to pray of other faiths but instead we believe that the power comes from us and our connection to the Universe. Magick is not supernatural as we believe it allows us to achieve our goals through Nature.

Bright Blessings )O(

Islam :)
i believe in one god , he is the only god , no sons and no wife ... he created us to worship him only and to be on the straight path if we want the heaven to be our last place and live the eternity life .

Islam is the last religion that god sent , as he sent before it the Christianity and Judaism .
the qur'an is our holy book , the miracle words of the god , and Mohamed (pbuh) is the seal of all the prophets .

to be a Muslim you have to believe in god only ,angles, all his holy books(qur'an , bible,..) , all his prophets (Mohamed , Jesus, moses , Abraham ,...(pbut) ), the hereafter and the destiny whether its bad or good .

then do the Muslim duty like praying, fasting , charity , do the hajj at least once if you can .

hope that's enough to know my great religion Islam :)

Christian....The way to the Father is through His son Jesus. I believe Jesus was in heaven and choose to come to this earth in human form and take the sins of the world upon himself. I believe he was born of a virgin was crucified, dead and buried and rose again the third day. I believe He is our advocate before the Father and when God looks at us he says, "I see no fault in them." because He sees Jesus in our place. I believe when Jesus died he sent back the Holy Spirit to help us and let us know things from our God which are true and to help us develop more of God in us.

Islam.

There is no God but God, believe in Him and Judgement day, be righteous, have your deeds more than your sins and you're qualified for Heaven, no what religion you are.
