Yesterday i saw an add i thought to myself she is hot! I never thought that about a girl before but if i was in a room full of guys i would get all shy but still try to impress them and i do like a guy at the moment and i saw him yesterday and my legs went week but then i came across a picture of two girls kissing and it kind of turned me on? What do you think?

I know that I need help, yet I can't afford to go to a doctor right now, as a matter of fact I don't even have a doctor right now. I don't have any insurance but I feel like I am going crazy. I have been trying to stay positive and think positive but I usually end up feeling really depressed all over again. I don't have any friends that are in the same state as me. I've been in Texas for about 2 years and I haven't met anyone. I still talk to my friends back in my hometown (in another state) but talking hasn't been helping lately. I have been attending counseling and it helps for a short while but then I end feeling down again. I've lost like 20 pounds in the past month, my appetite has just not been the same. I've been through a lot since December, lost my job, got dumped. I've been looking for jobs and I think I got the one I went on an interview for last week but I still feel hopeless, I will be glad to be working but I can't get over this feeling of wanting to die.

My hair used to be thick and glossy when I was younger but, as I have aged, it's gotten thinner and thinner to the point it's baby fine now. I still have lots of hair but it's just very, very fine so I wonder if I took DHEA or hormones or more vitamins would it help?

My mom is the kind of woman that whenever she has a problem, first thing she sees is the cause. I really love my dog, and she wants to give him away because she is sick and blames it on the dog, she is never even in contact with him, he is either outside or in a room with me. He is the only reason I live for. My mom doesn't like me because she says I am lazy, and I am never going to be anything... Even if I bring home 100% and I clean the house up and down and rubbing and scrubbing. My stepdad 100 times worse, he is the definition and master of asshole. He hits me all the time cause I am smaller than him, He won't let me have my money which I earn, he keeps it, I am not allowed to eat in the house, I have to eat outside, and of course he doesn't let me go anywhere, so the only time I can eat is at school, at noon. and on weekends my brother has to take home food for me in secret. I was watching Child's play 3 last night and Chucky looked really evil in that film. Cillian reminds me of him. Cillian has this plastic and sinister look. You can tell clearly in child's play 3. I couldnt fin a clear photo.

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow afternoone, I am only asking now to get some opinions because I've heard a lot of doctors brushed preeclampsia off when women have actually had it. I am 36 weeks tomorrow, the past 1-2 weeks I've had really bad dizziness, headaches, can't catch my breath...almost like im hyperventilating to the point where I almost pass out. I even had to pull over on the interstate because I almost blacked out. I haven't checked my blood pressure, but at my last appointment the nurse said the top number was a little high. I always have a trace of protein in my urine at my visits, but Ive been told a trace is normal. I am not swollen or anything. Yesterday the pains that are usually in my lower abdomen were only in the upper abdomen, something I have never had.Also, for the past 4 weeks I've had a really uncomfortable pain on the right side of my mid-upper back, like right under my ribs. It doesnt get better with rest or movement. Does this sound like preeclampsia?
