You need motivation. What you have to do is get pictures (if you where skinny before) and get them reprinted. And put one on your door, one on your computer screen background, one on the refridgerator, one on all the fatty food that's at ur house (or ur binge foods) . Even if it means, pasting the darn picture on the Peanut butter jar. Do it ! If you don't have any pictures of you being skinny, then do the same thing but with a picture of one of your idols. Everytime you go to eat something (to binge) you'll be reminded of your goal.
Also, try to keep yourself busy. Sometimes we over eat out of simple bordom. Try to keep a bottle of water next to you (and if water is too plain, then add lemon or some flavor to it).
Don't go to bed with your tummy full, that's a no no !
Most importantly, set a goal date. and i'd recommend this website, http://www.calorie-count.com/, It's great ! It has a food journal and a calorie calculator. You can set how much you wanna weight and when you wanna be that weight, and it will tell you how many calories to intake. Its also got a great forum full of advice and alternate healthy snack foods, that are actually really yummy :)

Don't Be discouraged, Keep up the good work!!!!Remember calories are energy , so if u take in an xtra 100 it shouldn't be that hard to burn off.Also ,d o what is reasonable, if you are used to consuming 2000 cals a day cut back to 1750. remember to not deprive yourself as u will gain the weight back quicker. If you stick to a reasonable goal, for 1 week give yourself a reward, like a small ice cream, and eventually as you start to shed those pounds your rewards can be new clothes.

dont go too hard on urself, u know what, diet never really works if u really think about it..ull just b feeling like eating the yummy things that u cant all the time...just eat healthy and whatever u like but in the right time, this way ull never really feel hungry and still having ur "junks"...try to eat a good breakf, then wait util lunch (have w/e u want)...then have whatever u want at ur snack time..and at night just eat b4 7'pm and try to eat sumthing not 2heavy at night and not 2 late .it helps.

Apple and tea... Whenever your hungry, or feel like 'not hungry but need to eat' think about your aim, eat a fruit, apples are great cause they help to 'fill' your stomach, they are healthy, and low in calories... Having tea or any infusion (no milk, no sugar) helps eliminate... Be sure to get rid of whatever is unnecessary in the fridge... mayonnaise, butter, chocolate... etc... Convince yourself you're starting a new life... Don't be desperate... Good luck... kiss...

Like I have said before Diets do not work.
Many people just eat themselves to death. Yes this is a fact. People keep eating and getting fat knowing it is going to kill them but they do it anyway.
You have to like yourself and have vbalue for yourself.
If you care about you first and formost then you might have a chance. Yes you have to come first.
