My mom is the kind of woman that whenever she has a problem, first thing she sees is the cause. I really love my dog, and she wants to give him away because she is sick and blames it on the dog, she is never even in contact with him, he is either outside or in a room with me. He is the only reason I live for. My mom doesn't like me because she says I am lazy, and I am never going to be anything... Even if I bring home 100% and I clean the house up and down and rubbing and scrubbing. My stepdad 100 times worse, he is the definition and master of asshole. He hits me all the time cause I am smaller than him, He won't let me have my money which I earn, he keeps it, I am not allowed to eat in the house, I have to eat outside, and of course he doesn't let me go anywhere, so the only time I can eat is at school, at noon. and on weekends my brother has to take home food for me in secret. My sister is Schizophreniac. and well, my brothers are old so there isnt much I have to live for except my

When I said outside, I meant outside in a restaurant, like I have to spend my brothers money to eat, because my stepdad hates it when I eat at home...when I eat at home well its because he doesnt see me...

This is so sad, and has brought back so many memories for me. My mum is kind of the same. Ever since i was a baby, i remember her getting dogs then after a while she would get rid of them because she got fed up. It broke my heart every time. The worst was about 2 years ago. I had a dog who i managed to keep for 3 years, but that soon came to an end. My mum claimed no one was around to look after her no more and she took her back to the rehoming shelter. I was devestated. I feel your problems go beyond the dog though. Try talking to your mum. Explain to her how you feel and that your dog means everything to you. Show her that you are responsible for the dog and you are the one who looks after him. Tell her that she has to do nothing for him so why should he have to go? If she has a heart am sure she will let you keep him. Just don't give up! I wish I would of ran away from home with my dog the day she got taken back, but now its too late, even my mum regrets letting her go now.

Wow what a story. Well first you have to tell some adult like your principle that you cannot eat in you own house. 2 tell your mom how you feel and what she is doing to you and your step dad. well enjoy the dog while you can

I say u talk to ur skools principle or a teacher or even a police. this is child abuse if he hits u or make u eat outside.

try to convince him and if that doesnt work and you are a guy, pop ur dad in tha face and runaway with the dog.

well tell her how you feel about the dog.
or tell her you will keep the dog in the backyard all the time but not when it rain.
try to talk to her about it ma by she will say you can keep it.

you should call the cops on them for child abuse and take your dog with you to the place your gonna stay.
