If your refund was sent to your tax preparer and they are putting the funds on a card for you to access you need to contact the preparer or their bank. If you had the refund direct deposited into your own personal bank account you would have had it by now

You need to find out how much was deposited. You can find this out at irs.gov, "Where's my refund."

Next, did you call the number on the card? It will show you the balance on the card.

You can also call the tax preparer and ask them about the deposit. Even though the deposit may have been sent to the preparer's bank, there may be further offsets for bank debt. The preparer can tell you that.

If the IRS said it was deposited, then you need to talk to your financial institution, because you should already have access to your money. Good luck.
