After numerous rounds of "We don't even know if Osama is still alive," Osama himself decided to send George Bush a letter in his own handwriting to let him know he was still in the game.

Bush opened the letter and it appeared to contain a single line of coded message: 370HSSV-0773H.

Bush was baffled, so he faxed it to Condi Rice.

Condi and her aides had no clue either, so they sent it to the FBI.

No one could solve it at the FBI so it went to the CIA, then to the NSA.

With no clue as to its meaning they eventually asked Britain's MI-6 for help.

Within a minute MI-6 cabled the White House with this reply: "Tell the President he's holding the message upside down

I think Bush is pretty sharp and has done a great deal for America.
In fact, Bush uses the techniques in this web site to maintain his sharpness.

I have deep respect for Bush, other countries have respect and historians ten to twenty years from now will rate Bush high for sticking to his principals and setting the strategy for a lasting middle east peace...... I look to Reagan as case in point where he was vehemently hated by the left when he was in office, but was rated by historians as one of the greatest American presidents.....

Bush is responsible for the tax cut that improves the economy that was headed toward recession after 9/11. Terrorists were not dealt with during Clinton and thus started the war that was handed to the current administration. The economy has done great under Bush and the deficit is on a huge downward tilt. Bush led the nation as a compassionate and strong leader after 9/11. He helped the US get back on our feet. Bush helped institute security changes and the creation of the Homeland Security Organization to protect the US. He also instituted changes in the monolithic CIA, FBI and other huge governmental departments to collaborate on security issues. This working together was unprecedented but necessary for protection. Bush led the effort to provide federal security in our nations airports. Bush has done tremendous things to protect us and there have been no terrorist activities on our soil as a result of his policies.

you know, I will probably get a lot of flack "it's a joke, lighten up, blah blah blah"
The problem with this country is not an incompetant president- the problem is people whith not even half the education the president has, not nearly a quarter of the knowledge and little to no authority in their own lives yet they are soooo clever and so brilliant they have nothing better to do than sit around and make lame jokes about those that have been placed in authority.

Whether or not you agree with or even like Bush, he is the president and he is in an office that at the very least deserves respect. The biggest problem in this country is people who refuse to actually do anything productive yet continue to exalt themselves as if they could do a better job.

Get over yourself and show some respect- and then go and do something productive!

Actually the CIA/NSA crowd are all pretty bright. The problem is that Bush and Cheney only wanted to hear what they wanted to hear, and they were rejecting reports that didn't come to the conclusions they wanted.

They demanded reports showing that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, and they got reports showing WMDs. They demanded reports showing Iraq was cooperating with Al Qaeda, and they got reports that said that.

No, he's not the brightest porch light on the block either, but he is the best the Republicans could come up with, and I say, like the Republicans do, that I stand by him, right or wrong.

Thanks for the laugh.
