Symptoms of food poisoning vary, depends on which bacteria you ingested. Overall, there is usually an upset stomach (vomiting, etc) and chills (maybe a low-grade fever). These symptoms can last for 24 hours to a week. They can start anywhere from 30 minutes to 36 hours after eating spoiled food. You don't need to go to the hospital unless you are severely dehydrated or don't get better after a couple days rest. Drink LOTS of water. Suck on ice chips. Stay hydrated.
