muscle weighs a lot more than fat,
say you were to stand a muscular girl, next to one whos a bit on the tubby side, the muscular one would weight more.

if you are a muscular person trying to work out how much you weigh, try using a bmi calculator.

you can find these by typing in bmi calculator on google.

they work out your body mass index which takes into mind how much muscle you should have roughly and compares it to your height etc.

Well, muscle does not weight more than fat, muscle is just more dense. One pound is one pound. If you were to take a pound of fat and a pound of muscle and put them beside eachother there would be more fat than muscle, bc fat is less dense so more fat would be needed to equal a lb than muscle.

Depends on how much muscle or fat you have.. I would have to say muscle.. The more muscle you have the more calories it will burn off. Start pumping Iron.
