I think my forefathers made a HUGE mistake coming to the US.

I grew up in Detroit and I visited Europe last year and it was such an eye-opening experience. I asked myself how in the heII did my ancestors leave this beautiful place to go to freaking Detroit?

I have never seen happier people. Europeans eat better, live better, work better, have no medical bill worries etc. Not to mention the beautiful classical artful scenery. America is so ugly in comparison - strip mall after strip mall and franchise after franchise.

now for the past 12 months. he has been asked time and time again could he move them and we are told that the builder is coming at the weekend to finish the job! as you can guess this never happens. in a couple of hrs time i am expecting delivery of a caravan and have once again asked him to move the bricks only for him to disapper. does any one know if i am able to claim the bricks as they are on my property and have been there for the past 12 months. this does have to be law abiding.

The car was lowered about 10 years ago and YPK shocks were put in. The noise is hollow-sounding, like hitting an out of tune drum, and it is around the tires when I go over bumps. I had my engine mounts replaced recently. Any help is appreciated.

In my husbands eyes, everything I do is wrong. I can say or do anything without it turning into a fight. I am not aloud to go anywhere and if I tell him that I am going somewhere then we get into this big fight and he end up locking his truck, which I don't have keys to, and he takes my car. I don't want to be with him anymore but I don't know what to do in order to leave him. We have a 21 month old child together and just found out I was pregnant again, even though we were using condoms. Now he thinks that I cheated on him and that this child that I am pregnant with isn't his. I have never cheated on him but he doesn't believe me. He tells me all the time that he wishes I would kill myself. I don't know what to do.

My ex and I divorced in 2006. The judge ordered that we file jointly for 2005. My ex didn't want to do that, so we filed separately. We also claimed the same kids. I got a letter from the IRS asking me to re do the tax (1040X) w/o the claims. I have already paid $2500. Now it will be another $1500 to $1800. Can I re submit the 2005 tax and re file jointly ?

and they usually try to be that perfect person, how do they feel or react. My ex was caught in one big lie, and he could't really talk to me on the phone, it had to be online. And then, I found out more and more lies about him. When I confronted him he would completley ignore me and not want to talk to me at all. He got angry and told me that we should not speak anymore.
When we did sort of speak, he tried to turn things around on me and make me feel I was at fault for certain things I had nothing to do with. Is this typical behavior of a 29 yr, well educated teacher? Is it was because he tries to be so perfect he actually beleives the lies he says or is he just a huge liar altogether. Are compulive liars in a way manipulators?

Ok so I changed one of the CPU Features in the CMOS (I turned AMD Cool and Quiet On). Anyway the BIOS Reset my PC but only the fans spun at a rapid rate and It did not POST. So I reset the CMOS by using a jumper on my Motherboard. Thhe pc then booted and POSTed'. Now the cmos asked my to reset the clock frequincy's. Well I did not know what they were. Therefore i Loaded fail-safe defaults. Now I am wondering if loading fail-safe defualts will reset the clock frequincy's. I did not build the PC. It Is A Gateway GT5220.

The type that are like a convertible hood but just run the full length of a hard-top car rook. I am considering getting one for my Mini (69) but am worried about A) security- are they easy to get thru from the outside? And B) wind resistence- apparently they fold open like a concertina and so wouldn't this be extremely noisy if you were at speed?

Anyone who's had one please answer!
