we have a 4 yr old and a 5 yr old who are "NOT" quiet sometimes , yes we can be a bit loud when its 6 or 7 in the evening and 2 or 3 times a week at theese times our upstairs neighbours really bang on the floor sometimes its unbeleivable the way they bang loud (im sure they use a hammer) my wife tries to keep the kids quiet telling them the neighbours will bang but i say to hell with them if they think we are going to change our lifestyle to suit their needs , make more noise boys , our neighbours are a 30 something couple and often have wild parties at 2 and 3 in the morning and we hear everything , gauranteed evere friday and satarday night theres ALLOT of noise fighting , shouting , banging doors and i dont know what,,,,,, how do these kind of neighbours justify their selfs to being such hipacrits , have you had these kind of neighbours , what can i do , what should i not do , thanks for any comments :)

I have student health insurance and they only paid about 20% of the costs. I had to have 2 major unexpected surgeries and being a college student, I have no money to cover near these expenses. I'm really frustrated b/c being in healthcare, I have noticed that people with no money or insurance get operations for free. My family is middle class and can not near afford these costs. Anyone know of some assistance program I can contact?

I bought a 40in XBR Sony last night and I noticed a couple of really tiny green pixel in black screen when no input. You can only see it when you're really really close. Should i be worried and have it exchanged or is this normal?

If you haven't had one or are a piercer, please don't anwser just for the points.

I'm 14 and wearing braces. I want to get my tongue pierced by I have to wait till i'm 16 cause that is when I get my braces taken off.
I haven't spoken to my parents about this, but I am sure that my mom won't let me.
Why? I have asked her to get second holes in my ears (most of my friends have) and she is like, -No I won't let you it is not "proper" for your age!

So any good answers to how can I convince her to say Yes?

Does it hurt? What does it feel like? I realy want to know cause I am quite of a chiken when it cokes to needles!

Plus can I go to my dentist and get a major numing shot so I won't feel a thing in the process of the piercing?
Or do they give you one there before they proceed?
How long does it take it to heal? When will I be able to change the tonguering?

I'm single and I would like to date, but I spend my days working (sorry, no cute coworkers) and my evenings and weekends with my kids. I rarely go out and I haven't seen a decent man in ages. I just bought one I am trying to find technical information on it. I have the repair and owners manual and they just don't cut it. Any ideas on where to find it? I am turning this car into a racer, what do you think that I should do to it first? There are a lot of tiny almost insignificant parts like a side reflector and those covers for the lights that go on the inside of the trunk that are missing, where can I find parts like those? I have been dating this guy for 1 year and 6 months... he has cheated on me in the past and I broke up with him for about 1 month because of it, but I forgave him. I have been on a month long crash diet (heavily restricted calorie diet) to lose weight for an important event coming up. I realize this was not the smartest way to lose weight but I had no other choice and I realize that rebounding from this might cause weight gain when I increase calorie intake.
