Both my father and my uncle has had heart attacks and my uncle has also had a stroke.
I already try and follow a healthy balanced diet, and now I would like to know what vitamin supplements will be good to take to help?
Also should I incourage my father and uncle to also take supplements?

My son is 2 and he eats everything that we eat yet his stools are still pretty loose (they always have been-sometimes it looks like normal poop but sometimes it is still "baby poop"). Could something be wrong? is it too much fruit and juice in his diet? Is it normal? Serious answers and suggestions are appreciated

All of my cousins keep saying that and it gets on my nerves. They say you have to marry between 18-25 to get a healthy baby and I think that's all just wrong. I think it's just eating healthy and taking good care of yourself is getting a good baby. I want to save up and have a great job before I want to settle, and everyone know it takes time... But if I'm around 30's will my baby will more likely be unhealthy?

I was so mad that I was ever born. I hate my parents for having me. My life has had some many challenges, and every time I have a challenge I take my anger out on my parents for having me. Life isn't easy. They are a bunch of foolish jackasses for having me, so I am planning to make their life miserable. They won't see me ever after the day I leave for college. What the hell are parents anyway? They are just there. I don't see the point of life, but don't tell me I'm 1 step away from commiting suicide, because I'm not.

I am looking at a used saddle that I might buy. I rode in it today, and it is so comfortable.
The only problem is that it has some minor cracking above the knee pads. Is it possible for these cracks to be repaired by a saddle repair shop? I am going to use the saddle for showing.
