If U have things u enjoy doing together you should go ahead. Don't let foolish fears stop u from enjoying good things in life.
I always try to treat people as individuals with feelings and not discount them because of their age. You have to be realistic about relationships no matter what the ages are, age is not the answer.
(just make sure you don't make his teacher jealous !! lol)

Think about it this way. Would you let your 12 year old boy date a 15 year old?
Would you let your baby of 1 week date a 3 year old?
If you said no, well there's your answer.
12 year olds are not old and mature enough to understand the complex mind of a 15 year old girl. The girl might want to fool around, and the 12 year old most likely does not get the expression "fool around".
Personally, I would not date a 12 year old, no matter what age I am. And I would not let a 12 year old date a more mature and wiser 15 year old.

Most States and Provinces (U.S. and Canada) have it law that the older teen can be charged with statutory rape or molestation if there is ANY sexual contact and the couple is more that 2 years apart in age. If you've just turned 15 and he's about to turn 13, then legally you will be all right. Otherwise, you will be held CRIMINALLY responsible - even if he is more than willing. The reason for this law is that, when you're teenagers, this kind of age difference really is just too much. So basically, keep your friendship as "just friends" until you are both legal age or it's time to gently end it now, before you even think of taking it to the next level.

why would a 15 year old girl even want to date a 12 year old guy? girls almost never date boys below their age in high school at all, especially that far under their age. thats just weird.

That's weird. I've never heard of that. But it wouldn't be any different that a 15 year old guy dating a 17 year old girl.

Yes its okay. I only let mykids dat as much as 4 yrs older or 3 yrs. younger. I have 2 girls. The reason i don't do 4 yrs younger is because of the fact of an 11 yr. old is still learning about you know the whle "relationship" thing. Your case sounds fine. Hope i helped :)

if it was 25 and 22 there wud hav been absolutely no problem.but 15 and 12 is abit too early. both of u might end up doing something wrong. be careful!
