Rosemary oil and vitamins specifically for hair growth. Hair should grow an average of 6-8 inches a year. There are no miracle greases....
I don't use hair grease or anything with petroluem or mineral oil in it, I use water based oil lotions and I keep my scalp clean. I wash my hair 2x a week in the summer and once a week in the winter. I wear a fitted satin cap on my hair at night and under hats whenever I go outside. I spray my hair every night with a liquid leave in conditioner mixed with water ann I do conditioner washes every other night. About a year ago I nearly shaved my head due to a bad relaxer and a botched dye... now my hair is silky and past my shoulders... a little longer than bra strap length. I also take vitimins for hair and I take biotin and vitimin e everyday. My favorite hair products are honey, olive oil, almond oil, rosemary oil, jojoba oil, Creme of Nature shampoo, Un-Damaged Goods conditioners, 911 leave in conditioner, Soft Sheen protein reconstructor (that I use every week and a half), Profective hair lotions, and Hollywood Beauty oils and hair creams. I also have to have Organics olive oil.

I would like to say that the common mistake made with african american hair is, "put grease in it" not true. it can actually clog your pores and prevent it from growing. If your hair is relaxed I would suggest a good conditioning treatment once a week. Like, Nexxus Humectress, its the bomb! It makes your hair so silky and bouncy, and also wrapping your hair helps it to grow, Im speaking from experience I have long hair myself. Also, clipping your ends keeps your hair looking neat and prevents it from splitting any further but, for the record you hair grows out of your scalp not from your ends!

Try taking a multi vitamin. The brand Usana is really great, also try taking a calcium supplement too. I take Coral calcium and it works wonders on both the hair and the nails. Also do a deep conditioning treatment once a week. I like Kerastase deep conditioning mask. It's pricey but well worth it. Good luck!

Easy get sista locs. I have them for only 3 years and my hair was 2 inches long when I got them. Now my hair is below my shoulders by about 5-6 inches! I kit you not. Look on line www.sisterlocks.com/ This really works you can curl your hair style it cut it color it add extensions to it anything you do now but no perm. Perms are not for our hair and it will never grow as fast as it will naturally. Peace Sista.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aLVEb While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

you can buy growth aids like "wild growth oil" or Surge. Ive heard people use MTG which is used on horses. Sounds crazy but ive SEEN the results

but the key to it is keeping the hair that grows. Retain your length but paying special attention to the ends of your hair. Its the oldest part of your hair.

brush it more often and switch your hair conditioners and shampoo's every time you go to buy a new brand. also braid it when u go to sleep it'll keep it from breaking and get it cut every 3-4 weeks to prevent dead ends. trust me its the cheapest way to get it to grow and it works just as well as expensive ways do.

well just massage them once a week with coconut oil. first apply coconut in your hair until the root and then soak clean towel in hot water, then squeeze off the water, and wrap the towel around your head for 30 mins. then rinse normal way....
