This may seem like a dumb question. I know a lot of health professionals say 6-8 or 8-10. I'm 5'3" with a slim build (112 lbs.), and it seems whenever I have more than 4 or 5 glasses of water a day, I feel way too bloated and almost sick from drinking too much.

Some factors to include...I'm 21/female, I live in MA so it's usually cold in the winter. The last 6 days I've exercised 3 times...I'm trying to start doing it every other day. And I eat very little. 1 or 2 small snacks during the day with dinner in the evening, followed by a fruit snack before bed.

Please don't suggest 8 because I can't even make it past 6 a day. I'm not a camel...

i do a hell of a lot of downloading(since bt have stopped the 40gb cap and changed it to unlimited)and i wonder if there is any good download managers avalible for download
i use one at the moment called"gigaget" but i thought i would give some others a go

I'm finding more and more fatigue that is not fought off by caffeine or medication, more and more difficulty concentrating and focusing, more and more apathy, more classes missed. I sleep, plenty, and often times some during the day, but don't feel rested. I am chronically depressed, but this is a preexisting condition that is being treated.

My golden retriever puppy is in the process of being kennel trained. When we let her out at night she plays and plays and plays but then when its time for bed she only sleeps for a short while. Is there anything that we can do to help make her sleep through the night! Waking up at 3 every morning sucks!

If you add ice cubes to a half filled glass of water the level rises, but once the ice cubes melt the water level actually drops, so if global warming is causing all the ice bergs to melt, surely the sea level would drop before it began to rise?

does anyone agree that september 11th was enforced by the government. it all seems a bit too suspect that tower 7 fell down aswell as the twins. also how the pentagon only had a small hole in it. they are saying that the plane was destroyed by the pillars when it was working its way through the pentagon walls, but i think a plane would have torn its way through more than one section of the pentagon.i personally think it was all pre planned to start a war in iraq over the oil. its the only way to ensure that greedy american government officials can go there.

what are your thoughts.

Ever since I started masturbating, I've used a technique of contracting my thigh muscles, thus blocking the ejaculation path. That way I was able to have an orgasm but not ejaculate. I used the technique 8 out of 10 masturbations.
I'm in my early twenties now, have a very healthy sexual life, but I still use the same technique when masturbating, sometimes even while having sex.
My question is: Is there any possibility of any kind of a health problem, due to having orgasms but not ejaculating? like my testosterone won't be able to fertilize?
