You may have heard I just turned 28. That's right, I'm a 28 year old temp. No holiday pay, no sick pay, no Christmas bonus. I can't think of a single perk that comes with this job.

Now I'm nearly 30, I'm kinda starting to panic. I've heard that temp agencies charge companies an extortionate fee to "buy" a temp off them, but I'm sure there's a loophole somewhere.

Has anybody made this cross-over successfully?

I can't currently receive freeview where I live but want to purchase a PVR with hard disk to record TV. Thinking ahead to the digital changeover in a few years, I was contemplating getting built-in Freeview so that it's all in the same unit but am not sure whether I will be able to receive analogue TV via this box (and therefore record it) or whether it will just be a case of not being able to watch (or record) any TV via the PVR until I can get a Freeview signal! I would be grateful for some advice. Feel free to also recommend some models, I would be looking for a twin tuner so I can record 2 channels at the same time, the size of the hard drive isn't a problem, the smallest available will be more than adequate for my needs. Thanks!

At the moment I'm eating half a grapefruit before breakfast, lunch and dinner (it's supposed to be really good for you). But I've heard eating 6 small meals a day is better than eating 3 but I'm wondering how can I fit the grapefruit in? If i add it before breakfast lunch and dinner than the meal cant be called small

I think I've been living under a jinx for the last 6 weeks how do I get rid of it?

Here the summary:
kids got sick, babysitter got dangerously sick/had to get a new babysitter, car's head gasket blew, moving truck battery died the moring I was to move. I've had to call off work for 1 to 3 days for each event. about the only piece of good luck I've had is that I haven't been fired from my job.

I'm not really superstitious but I can't really account for any reason for all these coincidences. So how do you excercise bad luck before anything REALLY bad happens.

we called phone busters better businesss bureau the attorney general office (google for the #'s and info)
this has worked people !!!!! they have tracked these guys down
if any one who has been scammed by these people call the above mentioned agency's the more info the govn't gets on these guys the better case they can build
