a dealership!!! but u sound like ur english may need some work and i question ur status in this country... if u do not have a social security number, u can't go about it the usual rout... there are some small shady dealers who are aware of this and have ways of registering the vehicle in ur name but they will charge you an arm and a leg for the truck... and good luck finding a decent ram at one of those.. also, getting insurance w/o a social or drivers license can be difficult
