Jesus told His followers to be in the world but not of it. Yet it seems to me we've not only accepted the worlds approach, we've even created a cloned parallel world where we take all the things we see as bad away and isolate ourselves from the very work we're sent to do.

The kingdom parables in the Bible speak of being integrated in the world (wheat and weeds for example) but it seems we have put ourselves aside in an ivory tower of our making and wonder why the world is going to hell in a handbasket.

Why do we have this parallel world of christian bookstores, authors, schools, vacation resorts, publishers, musicians, recording labels, software companies.... and the list just goes on and on?

Why do so many people like this book. I have attempted it 3 times and get so bored with those rich people. What am I missing that makes it so good. I would like to understand because I understand that a lot of books have been written to further the story.

I work at a store on friday after school, staurday, and sunday. I'm barely making $250 each check. And my checks come every 2 weeks. My dad told my boss to make my wschudle a weekends schdule because he doesn't want me to work during the week. I put at least $100-$150 dollars away with each paycheck into my savings. I really hate hiim for this because I'm not making any money and I really need the money to pay for my braids, contacts, and I want some new clothes. My braids cost $200 dollars and I want new clothes. I get so mad when I see all the other girls wear nice clothes and I'm dressing in rags. How can I get more money?

I have an interview for a job tomorrow and when I told my boss that I need to take some personal time off he looked at me like, "Yes, but why?" So I told him that my roof in my apt is leaking and we're trying to get it taken care of before it rains again. He said, "You live in an apt and they won't take care of it for you?" I explained that it's not an apartment building it's just a nanny apt on someone's house. My landlady is 26 and single so she doesn't have anyone to help her fix things so she can't take care of it for me.
Now all of this is true, except that my roof is not the reason for me leaving tomorrow. Does that sound believable to you or would you be suspicious if you were my boss?

Ive been tring to get pregnant for 2 and a half yrs, it might not seem long but with most of your friends getting pregnant before you it does raise some questions! ive had ever test you can think of, and apart from having the odd cystic's everythink is great! So they said they are going to put me on Clomphene citrate.

I just want to ask if any one has used this? what its like and of course any tips on helpping my chances of getting pregnant! Thank for taking the time to read this

-My name's George, I was born on St George's day.
