Get reliable friends who appreciate that its rude to arrange to meet you and then cancel.

Do they think you organise your life around them, and you have nothing else to do. If this becomes a regular occurrence I would tell them it not acceptable.

hey its not a nice thing to do is it, planning to meet up and nobody shows

if they are trure friends they should, if they aren't then id move on

why dont you go for a meal or book something that way you say you need to collect money for it, then the chances are when they've paid they will show, hopefully they will or else ther're not worth worrying about

You need to think why they would keep cancelling on you?

If they don't want to spend time with you then you shouldn't force it.

Just discuss it with them.

you need to find something that you all want to do, so that nobody will want to cancel, or find some better friends.
