Can't leave the situation right now (work). But how do I handle these awful attitudes??

I am truly sorry that you have to feel that way in your work place. Thats aweful. People can be so obnoxios.
You can gain stregnth by feeling self assured that you are better then those idiots. And leave as soon as you can.
If screaming abuse at them is not an option :) I would proberbly deal with the situation by avoiding communicating with them where possible, and when you have to be around them, be pleasant. Smile and say thankyou when they are rude to you... be sarcastic... If they insult you, tell them you like their shirt where did they get it. Don't let them see that they hurt you or upset you. Don't be timid. Being sarcastic is the best way to subtely say "F You"
