I recently formatted my hardrive, and I now cannot install many of my games that were previosuly on the computer (under the same OS). The installation gets part way through, and then says something along the lines of "This File does not match the file in the setup's .cab file The medium from which you are running the setup maybe corrupted.


This has happened with CD versions of Rome total war, Medieval Total War 2, Age of Empires 2, some random game I can't remember now and Morrowind 3.
It has also happened with Virtual CD versions (ie iso mounted with daemon) of Rome total war and age of empires 2 (perfectly legal as I own the CD versions)

Oddly enough i was able to instal medieval total war and age of empires 1

What is up with my computer: is it a software or hardware problem?
I run XP home on nVidia nforce 3 motherboard with amd 64plus and 1GB of RAM

Right now I am getting rabies shots. I am going to get the fourth dose on March 3. But on february 20, I also got a tetanus injection as I was injured by a rusted iron object. Now, I am worried. I want to ask that, will this tetanus injection, in between, cause any problem ? Is everything fine or not ? PLEASE ANSWER ! I AM WORRIED.

.K Rowling has done more for literature, and in returning many generations to love books, than anyone else. She is the cause why millions of children now read, and because of her we can rest assured that the next few generations of British people, will not abandon literature and books. There is no doubt that she has done a great good for the British Empire, and deserves the title of Dame (DBE). How can remind her Majesty of this, and ask that Rowling be made DBE?

I live in an apartment and I wanted to change the shower head because the showerhead is old. But when I took off the head there was a pipe with a ball at the end of it. So needless to say I was surprised to find this and couldnt change the head and had to return it. Is there something to convert the balled ended pipe into a regular one?
