i haven't used my laptop in awhile i have no signal help?

i checked my router and i can't get a signal on my laptop what can i do

probably your wireless card isnt functioning well

If the computer show nothing on your lcd most likely is the battery dead,recharge it an try again.If you said no signal form Internet?Is the brower show,if Yes then check the connection to your Internet server;By wireless? or direct connect?
