I wouldn't go with the ones that are made for weddings. They have borders around the frames and the borders just take away from the photograph. Also, usually the border doesn't jive with the photo taken (and you can't tell which border you're going to get before you take the pic).
Use regular disposable cameras. To get the best deal, find multi-packs. Catch them on sale at Wal Mart. You get what you pay for. If you get Kodak, it's an okay camera. If you get the no-name brand, you're asking for trouble.
Also let me add, don't depend on the throwaway cameras for your wedding photography. If you can't afford a photographer, ask a friend (or 2 or 3) that has a decent camera and decent photographic skills to shoot some candids and posed pics for you.
In general, disposable cameras look like crap, especially indoors.

I think you are looking for a place like this:
http://www.ecamerafilms.com/category_s/3.htm
(with the risk of being flagged for promoting a vendor)
But a quick google on disposable cameras will turn up what you're looking for.
But Mistress is right. I hope you're not counting on getting any decent shots this way. These are just for fun. And doesn't everyone have a digital camera anyway? They'll email you their good shots.

I'm not sure about websites, but I bought a bunch for a baby shower at WalMart and they were very inexpensive.
