Ideally, I think cannabis should be legalised, with restrictions on the amount purchased and the age of the purchaser. I cannot see why alcohol is tolerated in our society, yet Cannabis isn't. How many times have you seen stoned people kicking off at casualty late at night? Never, stoners are easy to control, give 'em snacks and they'll do anything you want. Considering the cost (financial and social) of binge drinking, Im sure that cannabis is the lesser of the two evils. I know that there are some people who have pre-existing mental problems that can be made worse by Cannabis, yet no one points out the danger of such vulnerable people being allowed access to as much alcohol as they can afford. The money the Govt would make on taxing Cannabis would be phenomenal.

As to where you can get it? Try your local Uni! A fairly high percentage of students I know would be able to point you in the right direction.

well Amsterdam has a toleration policy that is recently coming under attack . So I doubt it will ever be legalized anywhere. Here in Canada there was going to be a bill passed to decriminalize small amount possession but the damn U S A put pressure on and it didnt go thru.
Personally I think everyone that wanted to should be allowed to grow two plants each at least that would get the organized crime out of business.
As to where to get it ask around everyone knows of someone just keep asking

I don't think cannabis will ever be legalised. It is tolerated in some places, and will continue to be.
The trouble with dope, and the reason it is feared much more than alcohol I think is that its effects are unpredictable, and causes a small number of schitsophreniacs (can't spell) who might kill people at random, rather than alcohol that kills people but much more predictably.

the main situation is principally those 3 factors: a million) it is incredibly unproductive, and you do no longer do something smart mutually as on your 'extreme'; and odds are you ultimately does no longer be waiting to finance it, because it would entice the 'working classification' extra. 2) it incredibly is a gateway drug - you're lots extra in all threat to start up utilising extra risky drugs consisting of cocaine and heroin (that's lots extra risky). 3) there is long term effects which we don't comprehend approximately, and that they've found that the extra youthful customers who take it get a miles extra risky result (which you will presume might advance if legalised), and can be lots extra in all threat to kind schizophrenia. different than that, I even tend to accept as true with you (even nonetheless i've got under no circumstances used it myself). even nonetheless there at the instant are not any stated deaths, there are extremely many incidences the place the smugglers are killed by using police raiding there inventory (which could cut back if legalised), and there is countless financial skill. besides to respond to your question - they in all threat won't. it is nonetheless deemed risky, and the government are pointing out that they are attempting to cut back alcohol and cigerettes, and can get a particularly undesirable attractiveness in the event that they did legalise it.

If they legalized cannabis the sale of alcohol would go down also the number of accidents and incidents that are alcohol related. The sale of tobacco would drop. and the N.H.S would save money by less smoking related illnesses and liver ops but still the government won't legalize it.
Doesn't it make you wonder why?
