If we are to believe books such as the Bible, we are to believe that God spoke personally to certain people. Given the fact that God is Unchanging, doesn't it make sense that God is still speaking to regular people who aren't necessarily leaders of churches, etc.? If so, who are these people?*



*God, in all cases, can simply be substituted with your Divinity of choice.

We have been together for 3 yrs. He has a daughter, I love her dearly. His ex-wife hates me and bad mouths me to his daughter. I have tried to get along with his ex, but she is impossible. She even bad mouths my 4-yr old and won't allow the 2 girls to talk on the phone when my fiance calls to talk to his daughter (ex says daughter can talk to my daughter on visitation). She calls my daughter ugly, me fat, ugly, etc, etc. I have never said anything negative about her and have always been friendly and offered to communicate with her (sending emails, pics of her daughter, videos, etc.). She told me to stop. I don't understand why she refuses to be civil and get along for her daughter's best interst. Obviously I can't MAKE her act a certain way. But, is ther any advice on how to get her to see the effects this has on her daughter and try to accept that i am an important part of her life too and we ALL need to get along? (She is remarried & this is considered acceptable)

There's a new video out of VH1 and it's driving me crazy because I can't remember what it is. The girl is singing and if I remember right, the video is mainly in black and white. There's a blow-up guy that turns into a real guy. At the end, I think color comes into the video. January 19 - 22 the video was on VH1 a lot of times each morning.

I tried inflamaway. It didn't really work. I guess I might be looking for a miracle cure, but it hurts me to see her in so much pain. She is a small shepherd mutt and LOVES to run and play. . .but after she is always so stiff and sore. She cries when she gets up. It doesn't help that we have hardwood floors either. I just want to take away the pain.

I just got a cat from my sister. The cat is now 3 months old this is my 1st cat in my life.
Is all good except the cat is to crazy is a female cat after food she runs like crazy plays at her own but the problem comes (jumps on tables play with plans) how do I make it stop! I know cat has energy and is good but how to teach a cat not to touch some stuff. I would never hit the cat or abuse in any way but I am loosing control please help.
