an ideal leader is someone who can make people listen to him/her without any effort and without giving them a sense of domination. he who is a leader, values his team's feelings and is capable of taking decisions which does not disappoint anyone wholly. a leader is one above the rest.

Leader is a person who sees and thinks that others in the organisation does not do. The leader is a person foresee, plan, conceives and rigour-sly implement mitigating the risks for the ultimate goals keeping intact the philosophy of the organisation and also exhibiting the values and culture in his deeds.

A leader is someone who has a vision for the organization and is able to carve out a path for the team to follow to realize the goal/vision. A leader's vision should go beyond the obvious into the realm of futurists. A leader must be compassionate but like Col Talmeez useto say: " be able to remove dead wood from the office"

Paul, or Saint Paul, seems to me the greatest leader the world has ever known (outside of Jesus). Starting from Jerusalem, where he was persecuting the Christians at the behest of the High Priest of the Jews, Jesus himself converted him to a Christian. It was the Jesus who had already been killed. And he turned Paul into a leader at all times, in strength and weakness, sickness and health, till death did him part. In Rome where he was finally beheaded for his beloved Lord and savior. "I would wish for nothing more for you, no greater happiness, than to be like me, where I am now, in chains, awaiting execution for my beloved."
