I had my period 3 weeks ago and so I don't know what this is...Usually I get my periods within 5 weeks of each other (it's not regualar yet) so I'm not sure what this is but I don't think it's blood from my period cause it's discolored...and there's not very much of it...it's kind of off and on and it's been going on for like 3 days now..I know some of you would say to ask my mom but for me that's just too weird! (I get really squirmish about stuff like this.) Also every other time I've had my periods I've gotten really bad cramps...and this time I've felt no pain. Please help!

a. Do you take your dogs for walks for them or for your own excercise?
b. What breeds of dogs do you own?
c. How long on average do you take them and how often?
d. What will they do if you won't/can't take them?



I have a husky...... enough said lol. She will get AT LEAST one 30-60 minute walk depending on weather my mom takes her or not. I try to take her once a day. If she wants to go, she follows me around and barks and howls and R-U-N-S up and down th e halls untill I give in and just take her! It's a good combingtation because you know she LOVES walks and I get some good excercise and she helps me run and stuff! What about you?

I am 14 years old and obviously I dont know much about stress and being depressed but lately, going on for about a week now. My back has been giving me a load of pain. Mainly on my upper left back, and my left shoulder. When I press down on it the pain seems to hurt more, many people have told me that my back was TENSE some have even told me it was hard as a rock and that I may have STRESS KNOTS? Anywho, I've told my mom and she tries to help by massaging my back but personally, I think I need ALOT more then a back massage, and It doesnt help much anyway. I was wondering. Is there anything I can do? Is this normal for a 14 year old? am I REALLY stressed? If so, How can I reduce the stress? How long can this continue? and what should I do? should I have my mom consult a doctor for me? anyones feedback will greatly help me. Thanks :) God Bless You.

I'm taking my girls for their 4th time tomorrow. They have such a blast when we go. The only thing is, I never see other parents taking their young kids out on the skating floor.
