just wondering, whether its jealousy or just a girl thing. i know i notice alot for some reason whether if another girl has them painted or not, even if mine are done.

It's just being observant. Why would anyone be jealous because another woman had her nails done? It costs $20 to get a full set put on, anyone can do it. So to claim people are jealous is a little off.
I notice if the girl has a nice color or if they look nice. I also notice if they have chipped paint or really nasty nails. Not a petty thing, just an observation thing. Like how we notice a persons outfit or car (if they are designer or luxury items)

I do. I get my nails done by-weekly, so I tend to notice if other girls do the same. I like to compare shades of nail polish and nail designs. Call me vain, but I like to indulge myself in a little luxury and my nails are it.

i dont really pay attention unless they have super long nails or a super bright color. it's actually bad to paint your nails so many times because then they start to become yellowish and thats bad! lol if they do, just dip them in lemon juice and it'll make them all nice and normal again! :)

I totally do. I always "judge" people by their manicures. I can totally tell if someone is short on cash by the space that needs to be filled in the acrylics! I think it is very trashy to have nails that are "unkept."

yes and their toe nails and everything else. And its not just the woman i scope out the men too. ...Well ugly people not so much cause their is not much to look at.

i dont notice it... maybe im just wierd. i know a lot of girls that do though. to me it looks too fake and theres more important things to be worried about...
