Hi guys!! i need some help with my diet regimen..Im a Female, 23yrs old, 158cms, 177pounds. .Im goin 2 the gym an hour in the morning and an hour at around 10pm or 11pm.. I drink a lot of water, about 3 litres.... I try as much as i can to consume more water..... thats concerning my water intake and working out!!!As for my food intake.. I eat 3 meals a day.. I break them out.... small portions.. High protein, low card diet.. with veggies and fruits... well, food is not my problem at all.. i feel full all day, just eating 3 meals.. U can say that i consume atleast 1200cals a day.. or maybe 1000...........
My question is only to the people who knows about dieting.... No spam please!!
How much can i lose in 4months on such a diet..... with 2hrs of working out!!! My goal is to lose 45pounds... Is that a realistic goal? I know that we should lose 2pounds a week, but what if i lost even more, i dont find any problem in losing more. I just want to know how much i can lose.... its important!!
