We sure are smart, but we're suckers when it comes to following the herd. We should all boycott these dumb holidays, and tell the flower and candy shops to stick it !
They are basically laughing at people as they walk out of their stores saying "that dummy just paid double for a dozen roses" . Don't think they aren't laughing at all of you.
I think it's time for America to finally wake the hell up. Look at what the insurance companies down in Florida are doing to those poor people. They kick them when they are down from the storms because they feel they got you "by the balls". When will people stop seeing everything in black and white, and stop being such a damn sheep.

My buddy said today "this is what you do on valentines day" referring to getting milked for $65 for roses that will be dead in 3 days, what an idiot ! Another case of a brainwashed person who bough into the belief that this is "what you have to do" LOLOL. I just don't get it people.

i am 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant...I'm ready to have her ALREADY! I seen maybe the mucous plug...it didn't have any blood but how do i know for sure if it was really the mucous plug or just regular discharge?

I was terminated from my job due to medical issues and a temporary medical disability (yes, I have contacted the EEOC, etc.) and I applied for unemployment. My claim was denied because they said I failed to notify my employer of my absence, which is a lie. I have proof that I did notify them every step of the way.

I am filing an appeal with the unemployment board and I was wondering if any of you out there have been successful with an appeal and what I should expect at my hearing? Any advice or tips would be wonderful. Thanks!

I've been curious about what this sound is since I was a child. I am not quite sure what I am hearing (but I am guessing EFI), but I hear a type of sound when a TV is, and yes, it can be on mute or just displaying a blank screen (more so with the old school CRT tvs, most plasmas, and some LCD TVs), the same with computer monitors (mainly CRT but some LCDs), and even some other electronics.

What is the sound I am hearing? Keep in mind all the devices have to be on for me to hear it.

The funny thing I am actually unable to use certain air fresheners, because they emit the same sound expect in such a high pitch it drives me crazy, it almost feels like it will make my ears bleed when i use these oddball air fresheners (that require AC power)

I need to write a program which can produce all different combinations of a 10 binary digit sequence. e.g 2^10 or 1024 different binary values.

e.g 0000000000, 0000000001, 0000000010, 0000000011, ..........., 1111111111

Is anyone as tired as I am of turning on the news and seeing Anna Nicold on there? I know shes dead, but do they have to broadcast it for the next week on every news channe? Does anyone know why my monitor sometimes works, then sometimes it doesn't? Sometimes I get the message "No signal Input or cable Disconnected". Other times it works just fine. It just periodically gets this error (as if it needs a coffee break). Sometimes it comes back within minutes, other times it could be hours. But it does come back? I have a Compaq Presario 5UVME2 Desktop running WindowsXP SP2. I don't even go near the computer. It just comes back on by iteself. Since it was temporarily up, I installed the latest ROMpaq and Firmware. That didn't make any difference though. Its down again. Its very temperamental. I've tried a different monitor, different graphics card, and several diferent sticks of PC100 Ram, different power cord, cleaned out the dust, etc. How would I test the mobo to see if that's the problem?
