For a cruise you are on a large ship, usually with a lot of other people, you get to see a few different places but you have a specific time of when to go on shore and when you have to be back. When you go on a beach holiday you can find some pretty secluded areas, you stay on the same piece of land but you can do what you want when you want.

I have wanted a dog since I was 2 years old I am almost 13 now.
The best birthday present wiuld be a yorkshire terrier.
But ever time I mention it to my parents, they just laugh it off and walk away.
they don't exactly say NO but they don't say YES either.
I would realllllllllllllllllllly want one and I just can't wait until I move uot because its is not for another 6 years.
I make my bed everyday without being told and complete all my chores when I am told.
My parents know well enough that I am responsible enough to care for a dog.
I would pay for things the dog needs such as vet care.

I know this costs a lot of money but I can get jobs like babysitting,dogsitting,dog walking.etc.
I would train it and walk it and play with it.
I heard yorkies are really snobby and yappy (but I love them anyways)!

please help me convince my parents and make my dreams come true!
My 13th birthday is in about 8 weeks and it would be the best

It was 10pm at night. Gina was still wearing her work clothes - a black suit - single breasted jacket and a matching short skirt. Her husband Sean was in a blue sweat suit. He had just finished putting away the Chinese Take Out they had ordered.

"Sean, we need to talk," said Gina.

"Sure honey," said Sean as he put the Chinese food containers into the refrigerator.

"We have a problem," said Gina.

"A problem," replied a puzzled Sean.

"Yes, it's been 6 months and you still haven't been able to find steady work," said Gina.

"But Gina, I'm working driving a cab now," said Sean.

"I know honey and I appreciate you and love you for it. But it's not a career. You know I now am aiming for partner at the law firm." said Gina.

"Yes honey, I'm proud of you."

"I know and you are so supportive. However I need more of your support. Making partner is important to me. Therefore I need you to be my fulltime househusband."

I moved away from home to another country 6 months ago. Partly because I was transferred by my company and partly because I wanted to get some space away from my family. But I'm finding that although I am in another country, my family keeps flying over to visit me-twice within 6 months. Each time, they will stay in my apartment. Is it really terrible to not want them to stay with me while they are here? I just want to have some space and do my own thing without having my family there. I think twice in 6 months is just too much. Am I a terrible person for not wanting my family here now-I just need that time, and they're not giving me that chance. What should I do?

My girlfriend fell into the trap of "falling" for the "bad boys" thinking she could change them (which is of course almost impossible) and was hurt and taken advantage of as a result. How can I help her realize that I'm not those guys? I truly love her for who she is and have no ulterior motives at all. I love her in spite of and because of all that she is. I'm not going to let this come between us. I just don't want to have to live down what those ba**er*s did to her.
