According to my metaphysics class, everyone dreams of sex at times. Keep in mind, that what we dream about usually doesn't literally mean what we are seeing in our dreams. Most (not all) dreams are symbolic.
Dreaming of sex could signify a need for psychological completion and the integration of contrasting aspects of the self. It could also mean you need to be more receptive and incorporate aspects of your dream sex partner into your own character. Or it could be an indication that it's been too long since you have had sex or you may have repressed sexual desires and your needs for physical and emotional love.
There are also differences in who else is involved in the dream.
Also, you may not hear about it from women for a couple of reasons. They may not even know they had the dream. In order to be aware of a dream, you would either need to wake up during some point in the dream, or be having a lucid dream where you are aware that you are dreaming. Another reason could be that society in general, especially in the U.S., tends to look down upon women who express their sexuality. From the time they are little girls, many women are taught that thinking about and talking about anything of a sexual nature is dirty and wrong. Please, no bashing on this. I didn't say all...I said "many". I'm speaking about the culture as a whole and the "norms" that are present.

Don't you think dreams are covered with a fog and memory pushes them away and you can never remember an entire dream, only parts of it where your mind became aware?Especially right before you get up?
Do you fell master of the dream situations in order to put dreams in categories?

I never remember the dreams, but they must occur. Sometimes I wake up because I am having an orgasm. That's really nice! Wish it happened more often.

Dunno about others, but I for one do have many sexual dreams. Had one a few nights ago, turns out I masturbated in my sleep O_o
