There are aspects of my job that I love, there are others that are unbelievably frusterating. I am paid a salery for part time hours, when i usually work full time. I work more than I am required to so that I can be sucessful. When I attempt to work only the amount of time that I am paid for it becomes frusterating. BECAUSE other employees mess up when I am not around. I have been told that I need to pay my dues within this company, even though this new position has been a 'promotion'.

If you and your significant other wanted to start a business, and one person agreed to keep working their Day Job, while the other stayed home to work the business, would the business turn into belonging to the one that stays home to work it, or would the business be both of theirs since they are both doing their part of what they agreed to do in order to have the business?

I've tried taking fiber supplements, drinking coffee, eating prunes, taking laxatives, excersizing regularly, and eating slowly, none of which seem to work. I feel its a major health risk to myself to go this long without.. well, "going".

It's so far been 2 weeks since I last went and I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. any ideas?

I have been dating a man for 9 months. During that time I thought we had become very close. He often talked of the future and having children, we have met each others families and I am the first woman he introduced to his son . After christmas I went off the pill to give my body a break and he was away on holidays. I told him on his return that I was off the pill. We made love and during that time he said I am going to *** in you .. you know what that means.. I thought he was asking me to have a baby.. this happened twice.. He is an incredible father to his son. He is financially independant and an intelligent man. When i told him he looked flawed and stated babbling about how no woman would put up with his lifestyle. I was shocked and said that I would probably have an abortion. He called that night asked if I was ok and I said I needed space. The next day. text message are you ok I am here to talk to but will give you space. then silence for two days..confused...
