You have a cell phone so that people can call you and you can call them. They have another handy feature: You can store dozens of phone numbers in them so that you can call dozens of friends and family instead of waiting for a call from one of them.

there are two reasons why she wouldnt call
a) she just didnt get around to it/she lost your number/etc
b)she doesnt like you and you should move on
