use the back of a stainless steel spoon and rub the area
it will get a bit warm but what your doing is making the blood move around so its not in one spot
do this for a while and you'll notice the lovebite slightly fade away

old trick i used to do this when i was younger so my parents wouldnt see my lovebites =)

Foundation, Powder, Concealer, NOTHING will work all them things are a colour match to your face not your neck, breasts ect (wherever your lovebites are) so piling that stuff on will make it more obvious! Put toothpaste on them at night makes them die down and dissaper quicker. THEY LOOK NASTY ANY WAYS! and you must think the same as you dont want people to see them as your looking for a way to cover them, why let someone give you lovebites just to worry about covering them when you get them?! PLUS they can actually increase the risk of cancer,, you dont belive?..then look it up and u'll see. So brag all you want about them and show them off because that might be the last one you get if you look at it that way! >>Try toothpaste at night<< xBx

Alright, I swear by this method. Take a spoon and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Afterward, put it on your mark until the temperature goes back to normal. This will reduce the redness and get the blood flow back. Then, take a LIGHT green concealer and blend it very lightly to cover it. Next, apply your make up as you normally would, light dabs over it. be sure the green has dried and wont wipe off when you try to apply your concealer or foundation.

take a fat pen and press it into your lovebite (this is so the blood will move around) and while pressing move it out in all directions... it really works! do that as many times as it takes for it to be gone

also, wear a yellow tinged concealer or a scarf... if its possible, let your hair down and cover it with your hair

hi..
lovebites can be covered by applying lots of concealer, and a light dusting of green eyeshadow will help neutralize the red colour. Good luck!

a love bite is a clot of boold clogged up togethere there is not much you can do to cover it up other than clothing or make up. i sujjet you put lotion on top of the love bitr and thne try some powder or concealer what ever you prefer. howvere be careful when choosing the right foundation/concealer, always remember one good strong make up tip, when choosing a shade for your skin always note that you should buy 1 that is one shade darker that you skin. believe me it works the best. i hope this helps.

How To Cover Love Bites

2016-11-11 01:52:08 · answer #7 · answered by lubin 4 · 0 0

Hi,

Wow, it's been a long time since I had one of those...but anyways, back to your problem.

Try a coloured concealer: yellowish concealer is great for covering up purplish areas (it's usually for under your eyes), and greenish concealer is good for reddish areas (it's usually used to balance out redness or blotchiness).

So, depending on what colour your...ahem...hickey is, one of those should help. Put the coloured concealer on first, then blend, then put on your regular concealer, blend again, then put on powder to set.

lol.. concealer sucks.it doesn't help.

wear turtleneck shirt to work.

the moment you have a hickey on your neck, quickly use
an ice cube and rub it on your neck , hold it for a few seconds to a minute( depeding on how lond you could resist the cold)

the colour will fade off. but you got to be quick after the love bite.
it works.
