Outies are cute! I'd be happy to have one. Look at the advantages; you don't have to worry about lint and sand getting caught in there.

Just be glad you have a belly button. I had a friend who didn't have one (he had an umbilical hernia and had it removed), and people used to kid him that he wasn't born, but crawled out from under a rock.

Most likely if you have an "outie" you have an umbilical (belly button) hernia. This can be repaired with an operation. Any general surgeon ought to be able to help you out.

If there became any warm grease on it, it could scorch the middle of your bellybutton and the middle of it could have been burnt close. which could've make something bypass out if the outie is formed like a hill in the hollow of your abdomen.

Their is nothing wrong with an outie!!! but if your that hung op about it then you can always see a plastic surgeon they pretty much do anything these days. But i personally would not worry about it.

outies, are cool, it's important to accept yourself the way you are, but im sure they probably have some kind of plastic surgery for that.
