Lets say you’re a paramedic… you come across a patient who is frightened and appears he is not breathing, he starts shaking and does not have a pulse—they appear unresponsive so you verbally tell them to take breaths and administer oxygen. You cannot get blood pressure. Would you evaluate the patient had anxiety from the beginning and it progressed into a seizer? I know EMS gets medical training but I just wanted to know what they would evaluate in this situation and what they would do.

My daughter is 3, & shehas gifts. She has preminitions, often{1-2 a week that we know of} Sometimes she tells us something mundane and it will turn out true. and other times she will flip out about something bad happening, such as not wanting her daddy to go out in the car"because someone will bang into him & he will hurt his head"...we listen to her because of the ammount of times she is right! She also has memories of"when she was big" and will go into great detail. But the most common thing is that she sees fairys. She told us that they keep her awake at night{even though she is asleep} They are on the ceiling, and they are in her words"my teachers", she is not frightened and thinks it is normal. She said there is different ones{colors}, pink blue green and purple &a silver & gold one that she calls the big one or the wishing fairy.She said the green one is funny .She is alusive on what they say, but they teach her to be good.I know nothing about things,can someone help?Any info?

I've been with my wife for 10 years and married for 8. We have three children who I love and adour, they are 8,5 and 2 In November my wife told me that she didn't love me and wanted to break up. We had been going through a rough patch for some time, I work full time and am at University one day a week and it has put a lot of preasure on our relationship.we are working on things now, I havn't moved back home yet but we are working towards that. Me and my wife have a great friendship but for a long time there has been a problem with the romantic side of things. I dont like to rush love making and like the feeling of togetherness. My wife isn't so fond on this and love making usually doesn't take long. I work very hard to do special things for my wife in and out of the bedroom Foreplay is normall all one way and I dont get anything in return. I didn't question this until the break up but now I'm starting to look at my wife as being selfish or is it me? Will this ever work?

I've just picked up and read, with increasing disbelief, a book by this author. I understand he is a best seller. Is it a reflection on the attention span of his readers that chapters are at the most 3 pages long and most much shorter. I counted one that ran to 12 short paragraphs only. On many double pages there is more white paper than print. In just over 300 pages, he manages 129 chapters. Or is it a reflection on his inability to write a properly. How can people like this become best selling authors? He really makes J K Rowlings look like Charles Dickens.

this friday im going to my bf so we can spend the day togther to make up for valentimes day,cause me and my bf live 1 hour 30 min apart and were both at schol on valentimes day.well the thing is hes mum likes him and guest to have a shower before they go to bed.my hair will go all frizzy in the morning and it would be rude me saying to her can i have a shower in the morning,cause its just her rules to have a shower at night and plus they dont have much money and my bf mum a single parent.

i dunno what todo cause my bf thinks my hair better down but it will be all frizzy.and if i put products in at night,when i wake up in the morning my hair will be greasy.

we just got married. he calls her every day and some days more then once and says he's calling about their kids but i know better am i being played as a fool. he cheated on her but he's told me he still loves her should i get a divorce since we just got married a few months ago? he's not talking to his kids his oldest son can't stand him and his youngest son is using him to get whatever he wants. for christmas i got two slaps in the face and he says it's my fault just because i found out that he told his ex that he stills loves her. what should i do?

I have noticed since childhood and up to my 25 yrs of age that everytime a dream is getting better and we want to go further in it, something happens in the real world that causes us to wake up. For exemple the alarm goes off, the phone rings and these distractions are always at the right time(meaning before we can finnish the dream!) Why? anybody experiencing this too?

There's a doubt about a girlfriend i've been with for several years, in a long distance relationship. Recently I went to visit her, and we made love, and it was a godo experience. I assumed she was virgin because she said so, and because it was hard to get in the first time, and she bled after we did. There was a problem because she had another friend stay with her abotu a year or so before i came to visit her, and everyone beleives she's slept with him. She even had condoms that he had, but she swears to me that she never used it with him, and that I was her first. It's a problem with me not so much that she might not have been a virgin but the fact that she coudl be decieving me and cheated since we've been in a relation for several years. Is there any way possible to know if a woman is virgin or not?
