I agree. Men expect women to look like Barbie dolls while they resemble couch potatoes. So many eating disorders have resulted from this kind of pressure.

I think it's a self esteem issue, the chubby guys need a pretty girl on their arm to feel better about themselves. They may think, "all the guys will be so jealous of me if I have a beautiful girl." I really think the world accepts larger men more than they can accept a larger woman. Some guys just don't look in the mirror often and think they are all that. Some women are stupid and tolerate that garbage, while others are just trying to be happy with themselves.

Power is associated with women's sexuality and has been for a while. Women have been denied power in so many areas and they get paid less for the same job, with porn being the exception. Male power is associated (socially) with earning potential, not with "how hot they are." Thus, women focus on maintence of that power or developing it when guys typically stress in similar ways about their career. It really has to do with what society stresses on a value basis and attaches tangible power to.

I pay attention ya in this one. i'm larger so i understand what my limits are while donning stuff. i does no longer prefer to embarass myself via donning some thing this is purely too dang small. i'm getting truly annoyed via skinny women constantly announcing they're too fat. i think of that is in basic terms a fashion for some people to get interest although.

He does not care what girls look at him like. I have seen ugly girls look at hot men and judge them. Guys are also more physically based than women. Especially in marrying. More women could get a trophy man if they wanted. Why don't they?

Men are egotistical. They always think they look good no matter what. But I do wonder what kind of guys you are hanging out with if they criticize you?? Maybe you need to find a new group of guys.

Women are more obsessed with the way that they look than men are.
It's easier to point out other peoples faults than it is to deal with your own.

guys can be fat/ ugly and can be accepted by a girl - if they have a good personality/ attitude.
girls have 2 look hot/ pretty to be accepted by a guy- even if they don't have a good personality/ attitude.
guys make it all about the looks for girls and then they don't realise it.

You're making a generalization.
I understand and acknowledge your point, but to say that all males (and females for that matter) are like this is unfair.

Regardless of what you look like, whether handsome, beautiful fat, skinny, or whatever, you can't control how others preceive, or think of you. Why worry about something beyond your control?
