They can fulfil the promise. After all the money goes from the State Exchequer. Development of the State can wait as long as they can keep the people happy by supplying free gifts thus ensuring votes from poor people. They can of course blame the Centre if there is any failure to satisfy the poor. Their motto is to keep the people poor and satisfy them by giving free gifts during election. This is a violation of election code and it is not understood why Election Commission is not taking any action?

Indeed,till we have uneducated voters,ignorant tax payers who do not wish to fight for their rights.One suggestion for next election manifesto for sure shot win . A "quater" a day to every member of family...
