once, about 5 or 6 years ago, i was taking son to school & i heard a song on the radio it was stairway to heaven but it sounded like the doors & their style but i wasnt paying that much attention until the dj, after it was done had announced it was the doors I have never heard it before or since it was freaky

i'm feeling especially sensitive and allergic to v-day this year because this is the first time i'm spending it alone..as in without my bf by my side. we broke up last year. everywhere i go, people are selling roses and v-day cards, bears and all. it reminded me painfully about the past which i'm trying so hard to get over it. well i've gotten over it but somehow it still haunts me every now and then.my ex bf gave me a bunch of roses for v-day last year and that was the first and the last bunuch of roses i got from him. and i saw him a few weeks ago and he pretended he couldn't see me.we used to be so close as we were each other's first gf/bf & now we were like strangers.well i just wanted to share my feelings here..thanks!

I agreed to be a guarantor for a tenant who signed up for a periodic tenancy that is mutually renewed by landlord and tenant every 6 months. My guarantor covers the length of time that the tenant is in the property. However, although the tenant is paying the rent on time every month our relationship has now ended and I no longer have contact with the person. Can I serve notice to withdraw from being the guarantor when the current 6 months tenancy is done, thus forcing the landlord and tenant to draw up a new tenancy agreement with the tenant being forced to get a new guarantor?

I work in a vet clinic and we recently had a dog come in with a slipped disc in his back. The surgery is going to cost 3000.00 so we opted to adopt him because his parents were going to put him to sleep. Do you know any foundations that will donate money towards this type of cause? We're trying to raise as much as possible to ensure the dog gets the surgery he needs!
