Exercise and yoga and meditation and a massage and hot tub or sauna,steam room.The b vitamins are also good for stress and the herb kava-kava or a glass of chamomile tea.Also try not to put yourself in stressful situations and calm down,dont let things worry you so much,things get better and life is too short.Get a pet and play with it or go to the park and watch others play,or have a picnic,fly a kite,read a relaxing book,cuddle with a part or mate.Do any thing but sit there and think about it

yoga green tea and music does it for me. oh yea, reading a good book usually rbings you off into another world which is always relaxing
