The warantee covers all repairs for consules manufactured before Jan. 1st 06 and i bought mine in Nov. 05. I am having a problem with mine and I want to send it in to get fixed but they said it would cost me $140, EVEN THOUGH i bought mine before '06. Do I have a case on my hand where I could file a lawsuit against Microsoft?

I have painted my kitchen with ordinary wall and ceiling paint but there's a couple of places where I've slipped up and there's now paint splodges on some wooden panelling and on the side of the kitchen units.

I am starting to work on looking for a manufacturer to produce my shoe line. She had thick hair as a child. Started thinning as she did exams 16-20, stress related.

Can she thicken her hair again? Can it grow back (if she destresses)? Or is it downhill from now?

Some people have said to me that they are more likely to be attracted to people of their own race. Do people on here think that this is generally true. I'm not suggesting that people are prejudiced or close minded about dating from other races just wondered whether people tend to go for their own race more in general. Are we psychologically or biologically programmed to do so? lWould like people of all races to answer this question just to see whether the attitudes of different races are different.

ok 3 days ago my cat wouldnt open her eye all the way, the next day she would open here eye but the lens looked foggy, today is her vet appointment but her eye looks a lot better, the only problem i noticed today was the eye that was having the problems the pupil was larger then the normal eye and now its barly foggy...should i still take her to the vet? i dont want to waste their time if she looks normal...her personality hasnt changed like shes in pain she is actually more spunky....should i stay or should i go! I knwot his is a weird question, but in the Arm & HAmmer multi-cat litter commercial, there is this beautiful reddish-brown cat in it. It's short haired. I have never seen a cat this color and I wanted to know if maybe someone knew waht kind of cat it was.
