I heard that ninja scroll is a good anime? is it true? If i really like samurai deeper will i like ninja scroll also?
Where can I download ninja scroll for free (prefer in rmvb)?
I also heard that law of Ueki is a good anime and quite similar with hunter x hunter. Is it also true?
Do you have any good suggestion of other anime as good as Samurai deeper kyo, hunter x hunter, bleach, naruto?

Yes, ninja scroll is a damn good franchaise. The movie is still one of my most faves. And it actually involves ninjas doing ninja things *cough*unlike Naruto*cough*
Law of ueki is good. But i have to give it to Hunter X Hunter. Its the better anime.
Busou Renkin is just as good as Bleach (better IMO). Its from the creator who also made Samurai X (Kenshin). Also...Samurai X as well *LOL*. It pretty much blows away both bleach and naruto. Another better suggestion would be Death Note. Its not action adventurey. But its far one of the best series to be ever made in this era. Check it out if you like.

Both Ninja Scroll the movie and the series are very good. The characters in both are very cool.
In comparison to the ones you have listed below both are better.
There aren't any good sites to download them for free on.
