well for the wooden floor just use a scraper (when paint is dry) and it'll come right out, if any paint left get a old rag soaked in white spirits and rub out. good luck!

before they dry is best, but you will have to try scraping them off without damage to the surface they are on. Use a very sharp knife and being careful, take small scrapes following any grain, never go across the grain. When the paint is off, wash down with spirit or turps in small amounts, You may have to do some re staining where you have removed the paint drips. Next time, mask things off before throwing paint about. May the force be with you

Try a product called GOOF OFF. It's wonderful for removing paint mistakes.

I havediscovered the most amazing wipes. \i am totally won over. b+q decorators wipes. We decorated at the weekend. emulsion and gloss everywhere floor and worktop . used these wipes and not a splodge left anywhere not even on the lino. try them they are great.

it doesn't matter whether it is oil or latex.
just scrape it off with a putty knife.
i've been painting for 30 years.

white spirit, will take this off, wipe with a cotton cloth , then rinse straight away
