The peace of mind from going to the vet and knowing what it was, is probably worth the trip. Why not make sure its not a problem that could come back and cost you more money if it becomes more severe.

Better safe then sorry. She may have just scratched the cornea. My cat has done that a few times. Sometimes I can see a scratch and sometimes I can't. But she's always gets better the next day. Still, better to take her in, just in case, make sure she doesn't have an infection or anything like that. Especially if she is having any discharge or puss or swelling along with it.

If the eye suddenly became foggy and then went away it more than likely isn't a cataract. If the pupil is a different size than the other that can indicate a lot of things from injury or illness to stroke. Get it checked out just in case.

You should still go and have the vet check that eye out. Just becuase a cat looks and behaves "normal" does not mean they are 100% well. Cats are very stoic creatures and will not show any weaknesses or vulnerabilites if they possibly can. It's instinct from the wild - they instincually do not want to look weak or vulnerable to any possible predators.

GO!!!!!, She is obviously having issues with her eye. The vet is there to help with these kinds of problems, and if they act like it is nothing and you wasted their time, find a new vet. If there is nothing wrong, at least you will have peace of mind. If there is something wrong, which sounds like the case, you need to get her some medication right away! Animals don't always show that they are sick or hurting. It is always better to be safe than sorry!!!

My 11 year old cat had this same problem and it was a severe inner ear infection. You should definately take her to the vet just to have her checked. My cat ended up losing an ear drum because he kept looking as though he was better.

Take her to the vet. Something is still going on there. It might be an infection that could damage her sight in that eye. When my older cat was very sick, he didn't show any signs of it either.

Yes still take her. The infection may have lightened up but the cloudiness and pupil dialation isn't normal. You wouldn't be wasting your time or the vet's

Sounds like she may be developing cataracts, which are normal if your cat is getting on in years. Still, I'd take her to the vet just to be safe.
