It was an overdose - I think it was more likely a suicide than a murder. Her son died, she was being sued for the baby, she was a defendent in a class action law suit against trim spa and there was an inquiry scheduled in March to look further into the death of her son. She was obstructing justice on the paternity thing (refusing to cooperate) which says to me the baby was Larry's and she was afraid she would loose her. It may have been accidental but I think she did it herself.

I do not know if she was murdered, but I can say I do not trust that Howard K. Stern. I think that Larry Birkhead is the real father, and that Stern did a terrible thing by keeping the baby from being tested.

I bet trim spa had somthing to do with it. That stuff is no good for you, no matter what they say. I'm sure she was doing coke too, you don't just drop weight like that.

I do think it's kind of odd that her son dies mysteriously- then she dies mysteriously, and there's this huge paternity fight over this now-very rich little baby..
